DB12Run the community active and events fun run group based in Hamilton Scotland.
DB12Run named as Diabetes type 1 type 2. We are not a running club, we are not an organisation, we are just a community of people who love and share the same passion of wanting to get fit, active and make life long new friends.
We hold fun runs in the community at Strathclyde park motherwell thanks to North Lanarkshire Council from 6km to marathon raising in aid for various charities and community clubs.
Our fun runs are family friendly, dog friendly, non timed open to everyone no stress fun run events with a unique twist. All of our fun run events are children and dog free to enter with all receiving a medal to be more affordable for families taking part.
Our fun runs are cheap and affordable for those looking to get active and most importantly we donate to those in aid.
DB12run is ran by Christopher Gray and is supported by his friends who he met from DB12Run fun run events.
DB12Run is proudly supported by the House of Shah Hamilton
A huge thank you to everyone who signed up to the DB12Run virtual event raising in aid for the Scottish police dog memorial. thanks to all of you who entered we raised an amazing £245 in aid.
We are Holding another virtual event named " Dogs playing poker " to further help raise in aid for the Scottish Police dog memorial .
Carrie-Anne is a serving police scotland dog handler and the memorials founder.
" Currently there is no memorial for the Police Dogs of Scotland something we wish to change. We are raising funds to erect a memorial that will represent all the Police Dogs of Scotland past, present & future. Every day in Scotland a Police Dog helps their local communities by finding missing people, criminals, recovering property or sniffing out drugs, cash, firearms or explosives. These furry heroes deserve a tribute and somewhere that their handlers and the public can go to remember them. "
to enter our new virtual event please go on to the entrycentral webpage:
